The Broncos have re-signed defensive lineman Le Kevin Smith and released starting inside linebacker Andra Davis and DL J’Vonne Parker. Smith is a fifth-year pro who played in 11 games in his first season in Denver last year after he was acquired from New England in a trade Aug. 17. Davis is a ninth-year pro who had 90 tackles, 3 1/2 sacks and three pass breakups in 16 games, including 13 starts, for Denver last season. Parker didn’t play in his only season in Denver last year after being placed on injured reserve Aug. 8.
